Cancellation and Refund Policy 

At RituallyTeerath.com, we understand that plans can change. However, due to the nature of spiritual and religious services, we follow a strict cancellation and refund policy: 

1. Puja and Temple Offerings 

All Puja and Daan services are considered sacred and once performed, are non-cancellable and non-refundable under any circumstances. These offerings are made in your name at partner temples and cannot be reversed. 

2. Chadhava and Puja Offerings

  • All Chadhava, Daan, and Puja Sevas are considered spiritual and non-tangible services.

  • Once a Chadhava or Puja is confirmed, it is non-cancellable and non-refundable, as temple rituals are conducted specifically in your name and cannot be reversed or rescheduled.

3. Failed Service Delivery 

In rare cases where a service is not performed due to an error on our part or our partner’s, and no alternative arrangement is made, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund. Each such case will be reviewed individually and must be reported within 72 hours of the expected delivery date. 

  • For personalized Puja bookings (with a specific date), rescheduling may be allowed only if the request is made at least 48 hours before the scheduled seva.

  • Rescheduling is subject to temple availability and confirmation by RituallyTeerath support.

 

In rare cases where a temple is temporarily closed or unable to perform the seva, you will be:

  • Offered an alternative date, or

  • Given an option to redirect the Chadhava to another temple, or

  • Issued a full refund (if no alternative can be arranged).

4. Technical Payment Failures 

If a payment fails due to a technical error and funds are deducted, please contact us at support@rituallyteerath.com with the transaction details. We will work with the payment gateway to ensure the amount is either processed or refunded promptly. 

  • If your payment has been charged more than once, or a technical error has occurred, please notify us immediately.

  • After verification, a full refund of the duplicate charge will be initiated to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
