Shipping and Delivery Policy 

At RituallyTeerath.com, we provide spiritual services, not physical products. All offerings (Chadhava, Daan, Puja services) are performed by verified temple purohits at designated sacred sites across India. Here's how our delivery process works:

1. Service Fulfillment

• Once your Chadhava or Puja booking is confirmed, it is scheduled for performance at the chosen temple on the next available auspicious day or the date selected by you.

• The seva is performed in your name and gotra, as per Vedic rituals and traditions.

• In the rare case of unforeseen delays (weather, traffic, emergencies), we will notify you as early as possible and reschedule if required. 

2. Delivery of Proof and Media

• You will receive the following within 24–72 hours of seva completion:

• Personalized video of the Chadhava/Puja (wherever applicable)

• Digital Seva Certificate (PDF format)

• Message confirming the successful completion of the service

• All items will be delivered digitally via email, whats app and/or through the RituallyTeerath app or customer dashboard.

• These will be shared digitally via email or WhatsApp within 2–5 days after the puja. 

• Please ensure that your communication details are correctly entered during booking to avoid delivery failures.
